Our client, an NCO and member of the Colorado Air National Guard, was facing discharge over false allegations of drug abuse at Buckley Space Force Base in Denver, Colorado. Using an independent expert, thorough preparation, and in-depth knowledge of Department of Defense Drug Testing Laboratories, we demonstrated that the “positive” drug test was within the margin of error for the Air Force Drug Testing laboratory.
