Fully Exonerated! We are thrilled to announce our client was found to have committed no misconduct by an Air Force Discharge Board in Maryland this week. An NCO facing 5 allegations of serious misconduct, including an allegation of sexual assault, had his career and reputation on the line. Fortunately, we were able to demonstrate the investigation was a politically motivated witch hunt.
