1-These investigators are NOT real or trained investigators.
2-Commander driven process which can introduce bias.
3-Military service members have the right to counsel through these investigations.
4-It is almost always in the service members best interest NOT to meet with the investigator for questioning without legal counsel.
5-Military service members have the opportunity to respond.
